So here it is
1/ Get Clear on Where We Are Now
On the first session I will take measurements of your bust, arms, circumference, hips and thighs and your body fat percentage. I do this to evaluate your health, produce a starting point and to assess your on-going progress. This makes your chances of success so much more likely. We’ve got to know where we’re starting from to know how to get where we’re going (plus it’s great to look back at your starting point once you’ve dropped some weight and toned up to remind you of just how far you’ve come!)
2/ Eat to Give You Energy (not take it away)
You will be provided with a one week detox and a 28 days diet plan with shopping list and supplements advice, in order to boost your energy and help you lose weight. Let’s face it we are all busy, stressed out people. Working a job, running a family, trying to be everything to everybody and it can be tiring. Learning to eat to give you energy (not dieting) will make sure you are jumping out of bed when the alarm goes off and not hitting the snooze button.
3/ Training with YOUR time in mind
I will write out your weekly training plan for you to include into your routine, on the top of our weekly session/s. This is completely designed to suit YOU and your available time and needs. If you tell me you only have 2 x 10 minute slots where you can exercise at home that’s fine, we can work with that. It’s important that your training schedule fits in with you or you won’t be able to sustain it and before you know it, you’ll have given up finding it all too much effort and too hard.
4/ Interval training session(s)
I start my sessions with you, with a 6-10 minutes warm up and then move to the main workout; most of my sessions are structured on interval training as quite simply this type of training will allow you to achieve your fitness goals much faster. The other stuff just doesn’t work as well or as quickly as my interval training sessions. They will boost your energy, lower your body fat percentage, dramatically improve your muscle tone and will firm your skin. It’s like 4 workouts and a skin treatment all wrapped into one and takes no more than 60 minutes in total. For people that have no time to waste, this is the workout for you.
5/ Improve Your Posture
All my workouts are designed to work your core (stomach muscles) and enhance your posture. This alone can make you look a clothes size smaller before you’ve even lost any weight. It’s a quick fix designed to make you immediately look and feel better in your clothes.
6/ Keeping you on Track
I include a weekly/fortnight email or phone coaching to help you stay on the right track when it comes to making eating decisions or doing your own home workouts. I am a working mother myself, running a business, a family and studying to improve my own knowledge all the time. I know sometimes it all gets a bit much and you need someone there who understands and can get you back on track with the right mixture of empathy and motivation. That’s what you simply cannot get at a gym or in a class but it’s what everyone gets as standard in New Body New You. Without it the chances of you succeeding in getting the slimmer more toned body you want and high energy levels are very very low.
