I am a dedicated personal trainer with over 15 years of experience and an ardent passion for providing the very best bespoke exercise training programs for all of my clients.
I understand that finding the right time to exercise can be challenging, and the gym is not always an option for everyone. Whether that be due to childcare, work or ongoing health conditions. That’s why I offer a wide selection of training options which can be fully catered to your individual needs. You can exercise from the comfort of your own home through online classes, or in a location of your choice like your local park with my mobile fitness options.
I also offer pregnancy and prenatal and postnatal fitness classes, available both in person and online, which can be tailored to fit around your lifestyle and individual needs. The main goal of each of my sessions is to help bring positive balance to each of my clients, so that they are able to achieve their long or short term goals.
For prenatal mums, my goal is to help keep them feeling strong and mobile throughout their pregnancy, and to help prepare them for an easier birth, and an easier recovery post-birth. I also want them to feel confident, and to thoroughly enjoy every aspect of their pregnancy.
For postnatal mums, I aim to help them to regain their whole-body and core strength post-birth. I do this by using the latest scientific findings, and by adapting each session based upon their short and long term needs, whilst also taking into account their emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing. I understand the challenges that being a new mum can bring, which is why I always tailor the intensity of each postnatal class to make sure that they are able to get the very best out of each session. By tailoring my sessions, I can help new mums to achieve their short-term goals, which could be as simple as getting more sleep, aiding with stress management, or improving their emotional wellbeing.
My goal is to make exercising straightforward, fun and safe for anyone who wants to work on themselves, no matter their fitness level.

My 1-1 bespoke training services are designed to put your fitness and wellbeing first, with you being the centre of attention. However, if you would prefer to work out with friends, or maybe you and your partner want to share your fitness journey together, then I also offer group training both online and in person!
Your hobbies, skills and lifestyle are taken into consideration when creating your perfect fitness plan. My plans are developed to bring positivity to your life, and are designed with you and your needs in mind. My bespoke fitness programs are always in collaboration with my clients, and I always try to include training that I believe you will enjoy, as I want to help you find joy in keeping fit and healthy.

Through years of education and experience, I can choose the right assessments (if any) and then build specific workouts to get you to your goal, efficiently and using equipment that is available, no need for a gym.

I have performed at a national level in kickboxing, qualifying for the European Championships after winning national titles in Italy. Unfortunately, I suffered a knee injury, an ACL rupture, which in turn meant I missed out on my career in professional sport. The passion for fitness never left me, though, and I went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2006. I have spent every year since striving to be better for my clients. Using the same dedication as I needed to be a national champion, I have chased down the qualifications, courses, and scientific reading to make sure I deliver the perfect sessions for you.
Originally from Naples, I moved to the UK at the age of 20 on my own which helped me to grow up quickly. Before being a Personal Trainer I wanted to take the time to get some life experience and pick up the language, so I worked in retail and travelled as much as I could. Fast forward to today and I have my own mobile Personal Training business, I teach classes in the park, while managing my own fitness, wellness and of course, bringing up my family. I understand the importance of time, and so make it my mission to deliver the most effective workouts I can in the shortest time possible. Being a Mum I also understand the importance of adult interaction, and having a safe space to have some fun while working on myself, I try and provide that for you in every session. My clients rarely leave, and often I end up being a friend as well as a trainer.
