I take your fitness goals seriously and build your workouts so that they are safe, efficient, effective, scientifically sound and fun. I understand that any change especially losing weight or gaining muscle can be challenging, and my mission is to help you overcome any hurdles and reach your goals. Through years of education and experience, I can choose the right assessments (if any) and then build specific workouts to get you to your goal, efficiently and using equipment that is available, no need for a gym.

I have performed at a national level in kickboxing, qualifying for the European Championships after winning national titles in Italy. Unfortunately, I suffered a knee injury, an ACL rupture, which in turn meant I missed out on my career in professional sport. The passion for fitness never left me, though, and I went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2006. I have spent every year since striving to be better for my clients. Using the same dedication as I needed to be a national champion, I have chased down the qualifications, courses, and scientific reading to make sure I deliver the perfect sessions for you.
Originally from Naples, I moved to the UK at the age of 20 on my own which helped me to grow up quickly. Before being a Personal Trainer I wanted to take the time to get some life experience and pick up the language, so I worked in retail and travelled as much as I could. Fast forward to today and I have my own mobile Personal Training business, I teach classes in the park, while managing my own fitness, wellness and of course, bringing up my family. I understand the importance of time, and so make it my mission to deliver the most effective workouts I can in the shortest time possible. Being a Mum I also understand the importance of adult interaction, and having a safe space to have some fun while working on myself, I try and provide that for you in every session. My clients rarely leave, and often I end up being a friend as well as a trainer.
Whether you have signed up for your first sporting event or want to learn new skills or simply improve the performance, I will coach you using the latest scientific research to build the most effective exercise clusters.
Whether in lock down or on holiday or stuck at home I will be able to train you online anywhere.
