Bodyweight exercise and other movements using a variety of equipment to maintain mobility and body strength with the focus around your core and pelvic floor. Low to medium impact strength training during pregnancy is so good for Mum and baby.
After the journey of your pregnancy in my Super Mum program, you will experience specific exercises to restore core and pelvic floor strength giving you a quicker recovery from the Diastasis Recti which is the separation of the Rectus Abdominis/the six-pack muscle. All to improve your whole-body strength and conditioning including sports-specific exercises. Decrease stress while strengthening mental and physical abilities to deal with the demands of nurturing your baby.

I take your fitness goals seriously and build your workouts so that they are safe, efficient, effective, scientifically sound, and fun. I have performed at a national level in kickboxing, qualifying for the European Championships after winning national titles in Italy. Unfortunately, I suffered a knee injury, an ACL rupture, which in turn meant I missed out on my career in professional sport.
The passion for fitness never left me, though, and I went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2006. I have spent every year since striving to be better for my clients. Using the same dedication as I needed to be a national champion, I have chased down the qualifications, courses, and scientific reading to make sure I deliver the perfect sessions for you.
